Thailand has less than 1% Christians and maybe even less in Bangkok. 85% of them are Buddhists like this woman. She sat on the bus to Mega Bangna and while she was reading her prayer book she prayed.  There are 15 million people in Bangkok and many of them are like her. Det var länge sedan ni fick höra något från oss om Kina. Vad jag förstår så har Tre Själv Kyrkans ledare varit på besök i Sverige. Dagen  gjorde en intervju med honom och han säger att det finns knappt någon förföljelse mot kristna i Kina idag. Detta stämmer ju inte, i alla fall om man följer med vad som händer där. Till exempel sitter det en kanadensisk missionär fängslad sedan många månader, man fängslar kinesiska pastorer och demolerar kyrkor och kors. Men mitt i allt detta så fortsätter Gud sitt verk i Kina! Människor blir frälsta, församlingar planteras och missionärer utsända. Team i Norrs blygsamma arbete fortsätter också att växa. Till exempel så växer församlingen vi startade tillsammans med Peter i sydöstra Kina. For me, (and maybe also for some of you) it seems that our society and the world around us are going crazy. I’ve heard that around the world there are over 40 armed conflicts going on RIGHT NOW! On the news, we hear about millions of people fleeing from Somalia, Syria, Iran and other countries. Think about what they are going through. Maybe you are a refugee? Maybe you have fled from your country because of a conflict going on?  But there are not only things from outside that can make our life seem troublesome. Sometimes the worries, stress and problems come from within. Maybe we have a conflict in our family; our parents are going through a divorce, or maybe we ourselves are going through a divorce? We can have problems in school when the pressure from parents that we should succeed pushes us down.
